Neue Funktionen am Self-Order-Terminal für ein noch besseres Kundenerlebnis

Freu dich auf noch mehr Benutzerfreundlichkeit am Self-Order-Terminal! Ab sofort können deine Gäste bereits auf der Startseite wählen, ob sie "zum hier Essen" oder "zum Mitnehmen" bestellen möchten. Außerdem ist die Größenauswahl nun direkt auf der Artikeldetailseite möglich. Das spart Zeit und macht den Bestellprozess noch einfacher.

Mit dem Self-Order-Terminal verringerst du lange Wartezeiten zu Stoßzeiten und kannst ganz einfach zusätzliche Kaufanreize durch Produktvorschläge oder besondere Rabatte schaffen. Und das Beste daran: Alle Rückerstattungen werden automatisch in der Detailansicht zu dieser Bestellung und unter Buchhaltung – Onlinezahlungen gespeichert. Diese Rückbuchen werden nicht ins Kassenbuch übernommen und müssen von deiner Buchhaltung manuell gebucht werden.

Look forward to even more user-friendliness at the self-order terminal! From now on, your guests can choose on the start page whether they want to order "eat in" or "take away". In addition, size selection is now possible directly on the item detail page. This saves time and makes the ordering process even easier.

New at SIDES Pay: Simple refunds for orders after checkout  

With our latest update to SIDES Pay, we have further developed the refund function. With the appropriate user authorization, you can now easily post back orders after the end of the day if something goes wrong. And the best thing about it: all refunds are automatically saved in the detailed view for this order and under Accounting - Online payments. These chargebacks are not transferred to the cashbook and must be posted manually by your accounting department.
