Customer feedback

Here you can view the ratings that customers have given. To do this, you must first make all the settings from the article "Customer feedback categories".
Furthermore, it must be noted that only customers who also have the option for the "general receiving" of "newsletters" activated can receive feedback e-mails and thus provide feedback, as feedback e-mails are also considered as advertisements.

At the top left you can select the relevant store.
To the right, you can select the customer feedback category.
Further to the right are the input fields for the "From date" and the "To date", where the date can also be selected from a calendar view by clicking on the "Calendar icon" button. Below that, there is a dropdown menu for further setting the time relevance in relation to the entered period-these are "Both" , "Invoice date" and "Feedback submission date".
On the far right is a dropdown menu for sort order-either "Alphabetical sort", "Sort by rating", and "Number of ratings". Below that is the green "FILTER REVIEWS" button to apply the filters and thus perform the search.
