Customerlist

In the category "Customers" --> at the category subitem "Customerlist" you will find all customers who have ordered from you in the past.
With the customer list you get a comprehensive tool that allows you to filter and export your customers according to different criteria. You can use this information for statistical analysis, marketing or customer reactivation. How you combine the filters is entirely up to you.
Using the blue "locked icon" button to the left of each customer list entry, you can temporarily hide each of them to have a better view of specific other customers and find them faster in the list.


Customer search filters

The different filters in the customer search help you on the one hand to find the customers you are looking for better and faster. On the other hand, you can also use them for certain marketing and voucher campaigns.
For example, if you have created a voucher only for corporate customers and want to send it to customers, you can use the filter "Corporate or private customer" to search only for corporate customers. If you want to send the voucher only by e-mail and not by post, you can also set the filter "Has e-mail address - yes". As a result, you will then receive only the customer data that meet both criteria. Afterwards you can export the list of customers including the mail addresses and send the voucher with the help of your mail program.


 
After setting the filters in the window above, click on the green button "SEARCH" or the white button "CANCEL".
Once you have performed the search, the filters applied will appear at the top of the main overview in the "Search field". By clicking on the green "CLEAR" button you can delete all filters from the search bar and thus reset them, while by clicking on the yellow "SET FILTERS" button you can open the above window again to adjust the filters.
After you have filtered the customer data, you can export them as Excel files or generate address labels for a printout. You can add a discount code to the printout, which will be printed on it.

If you want to edit the customer file of a specific customer, you can do so by clicking on the pencil icon. This will open the customer folder.




In the "magnifying glass symbol" button "view" view or the "pencil symbol" button "edit" view you will find all customer information at a glance.


The "view" view provides a general overview of the customer with less information than in the "edit" view.


If a customer who has completed an order at least once with the payment method "Invoice payment" is examined in the customer list via the "view" view, you can see all invoices at the bottom in a new area. From there, it is also possible to send a payment request to the customer by email, mark orders as paid or open and create exports.



In the edit view, you can edit all data and add e.g. new addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses.
 


Block customers


 
Within the data of a customer you will also find the corresponding function for blocking a customer. If this function is activated, all orders of the customer will be rejected. When placing an order in the web store, the customer will receive a notice that he/she must contact the store.

For the employees at the checkout, the customer's master data is highlighted in red, making it clear that the customer is currently blocked.


If you want to unblock a customer, you have to set the corresponding filter in the customer search.




Orders

Here you get an overview of the orders that the customer has placed in the past. You can choose between the total history, the current year and the last 12 months. You will also find an overview of the top 5 items that the customer has ordered in the past. This is helpful if you want to send a voucher with a free item to a regular customer or deposit it with him.
 


Vouchers

In this view you get an overview of the given discounts (CRM) of a customer. You can also add further discounts. Via the drop-down menu below the current vouchers, you can also see already redeemed vouchers. This is helpful, for example, to ensure that coupons have already been redeemed in case of complaints.




Mail history

In the e-mail overview, all e-mails that have been automatically sent to a customer are registered. This allows you to check whether, for example, complaint discounts or order confirmations have been sent.


Debtor invoices

In order for a customer to be able to make purchases on account in all stores that have activated this payment method, provided they are logged into their account in the web shop/app, the option "Customer can use the payment method "Invoice payment"" must be activated and saved on the "Debtor invoices" tab.
As soon as the customer completes an order with this payment method, it is displayed in red in the customer list, as well as if it is blocked or if you enter a value for manually managed open items at the top of this tab.



The yellow button "BACK TO OVERVIEW" in each case at the bottom left takes you back to the filterable customer list.


Summarize customers

GENERALLY APPLIES:
Only customers with the same target store can be combined.

Via the display of the customer list you have the possibility to merge several customer masters into one.
By clicking on the checkboxes next to the customer list entries in the main overview, which only appear for certain customers, you can select them. After 2 or more customers have been selected in this way, the orange "MERGE CUSTOMERS" button with a "paperclip icon" to the left of it will appear at the bottom left of the page below the list.
Once you have pressed the button for merging, you can choose in an overview between the two accounts which one should be taken over. You can decide this, for example, depending on the customer number that is to remain at the end.
In the next field you can then decide which addresses should be taken over and which of the addresses should be the default address.
In the third and last field you can still decide which telephone numbers and mail addresses should be taken over.
