Dashboard (EN)


What
Live data from the stores is displayed in the dashboard. With the appropriate permission, the delivery portals can be opened and closed, and the delivery areas can be activated and deactivated.

Where
Admin: Dashboard.


The dashboard provides an overview of the most important data. After logging in, the dashboard is displayed as the first page.

The dashboard is opened under Admin: Dashboard.

New orders / manual / release notes

The section "Help and manual" can be accessed via the dashboard, or the "Version information" can be viewed.
The button "New order" takes you to the overview in which a new order can be created.

The button "Activate new cash register" changes the graphical interface.

Opening the dashboard

The dashboard can also be opened in the left-hand navigation under "Dashboard".




Change view

You can change the view in the dashboard:
  1. From "List" to "Charts".
  2. And from "Gross" to "Net" and vice versa.




Store selection for multiple stores

If there are several stores, a drop-down menu appears at the top right. There you can choose between "all my stores" or between individual stores. After the selection in the drop-down menu, an overview is displayed.




Store overview all my stores

All stores are displayed in the store overview. The following tabs are visible (only if "all my stores" is selected).




Explanations of the tabs:

Sales: The sales per store is displayed here.

Delivery times across the day: The average delivery time per store is displayed.

Trips: The number of tours per store is displayed.

Current delivery times: The current delivery times of all stores are displayed here.

Open orders: The open orders per store are displayed.

Webshops and portals: Webshops and delivery portals can be opened and closed here, with the appropriate permission. If a webshop or delivery portal is closed, the customer cannot place an order via the webshop or delivery portal during this time.


More than 5 stores

If there are at least 5 stores (or more), an orange bar "Average of the stores" appears. The orange bar "Average of the stores" can be seen in the "Charts" view.




Change sorting under all my stores

In the "List" view, sorting can be triggered according to ascending and descending values. Sorting is possible by clicking on the headings or by clicking on the arrows. Alphabetical sorting is displayed by default.




View of individual stores

An individual store can be selected using the drop-down menu at the top. As soon as a store has been selected, an overview is displayed. However, if there is only one store, this selection with the drop-down menu does not appear.




Delivery times

When viewing the individual stores, the following tabs are displayed for the delivery times (only when selecting an individual store).




Explanations of the individual tabs:

Current delivery time: The current delivery time of the store is displayed.

Edit delivery time: The current delivery time can be adjusted here.

Stops and portals: The webshop and delivery portals can be opened and closed here, with the appropriate permission. If a webshop or delivery portal is closed, the customer cannot place an order via the webshop or delivery portal during this time.

Delivery areas: This tab is only visible with the appropriate permission. Individual delivery areas can be activated or deactivated here. If a delivery area is deactivated, i.e. set to "inactive", no deliveries will be made in this area during this time.

The following windows are displayed in the dashboard. Depending on which permission have been activated, the following windows are displayed.




Explanations of the dashboard windows:

Driver monitor: The driver monitor shows the driver's workload, whether the driver is late and when the driver has been back.

Portal orders: The portal orders still to be processed can be seen here.

Productivity (incl. open shifts): This area shows at a glance the most important productivity figures broken down by hours, as well as a daily summary.

Staff: In the "Staff" field, you can find all the important information about the staff currently working.

Sold out items: Here you can see the items that are currently sold out. It is also possible to mark items as sold out and specify a date until which they are sold out. This can be used to prevent the purchase of these items. It is also possible to enter a reason. If the item is available again before the date entered, it can be removed by clicking on the "X" button here if it was previously marked as sold out.

Overdue orders: This field displays all overdue orders from the webshop, call center, delivery portals or from the app.

Daily stats: A summarized overview of the daily statistics is displayed here. The total of orders, sales and the average daily sales can be seen here.
