If you would rather (also still) process or log orders in another software or similar, this is possible via the "External order forwarding".
For this, however, a corresponding account must first be created.
This goes at the following place: In the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category subitem "Stores" --> right at each store list entry at the yellow "branching symbol" button "External order forwarding".
-->
Here you can choose between different options or providers/softwares.
The processes/required data to be entered in the fields can vary depending on the selected variant.
As examples here are two variants:
"Add forwarding to external POS system":
"Add forwarding by e-mail":
Forwarding by e-mail can be useful/meaningful, for example, if a "partner" is to receive a notification for each order and thus also has an overview of the orders outside the system or can also view them subsequently. For this purpose, the store/franchise owner (or any other admin) or the partner itself must enter the corresponding desired e-mail address here.
It is also possible to filter the forwarding of mails so that, for example, only orders from certain order entry channels or delivery portals are forwarded. This can be set with the switches at the bottom at "Additional filters".
If you want all types of orders to be forwarded, you don't flip a switch as it says in the admin. If only something specific is to be forwarded, the corresponding switch is flipped - orders regarding switches that are set to "yes" will then be forwarded, all others will not. If all switches are activated, all orders will be forwarded as well.
