Activate setting
1. Navigate to Admin: Store > Stores.
2. Select a store and click on "Edit".
3. Click on "Settings" and then on "Kitchen manager" to go directly to the "Kitchen manager" section.
4. Activate the setting "Self-service terminal orders are only displayed on the kitchen manager and the kitchen receipt is printed once they have been paid and have an invoice number" by setting the switch to "Yes".
5. Click on "Save" at the bottom.

- An cash order placed via the self-service terminal (SOT) will not appear in the Kitchen Display System (KDS) and will not be printed immediately.
- It must first be paid and processed under "Take out waiting for pick up" in the POS, under POS: Order overview > Take out waiting for pick up > Open order > Printing and billing or complete payment.
- Only then will the order be sent to the kitchen and printed.
