Locations to view and use the bonus points

Where are the bonus points displayed?


ADMIN AND POS

When ordering, the bonus points can be seen on the right side, if the customer has been selected. The bonus points are displayed at Delivery/Take out because the points are connected with a customer account. At Counter sales, the bonus points are not visible, as no customer selection is possible.




When the order is entered, the bonus points are visible under the products. The bonus points can be set individually for each product. In this example, no bonus points have been set for Cookie bright, so 0 points are displayed.
The bonus points are also visible under the sum.




The bonus points are also visible at the completion of the order process. In addition, there is the possibility to redeem bonus points with the button Redeem points, then the shopping cart total is reduced, depending on the redeemed points.




By clicking the button Redeem points, a window opens where the bonus points can be redeemed.
The maximum points to be redeemed are displayed in the window, as well as the redeemed equivalent value in euros. Any number of points can be entered, up to the maximum. By clicking on the button Max, the maximum possible points for this shopping cart will be entered.




After redeeming points, you will see the redeemed points at the completion of the order, as well as the corresponding amount in euros. The redeemed points will be deducted automatically.




After ordering, the bonus points can also be seen in the order overview (this can also be seen in the webshop or mobile webshop).




In the order overview, under View order, you can also see the bonus points that were used.




WEBSHOP AND MOBILE WEBSHOP/APP

When ordering in the webshop or mobile webshop/app, the bonus points are visible in the shopping cart.




In addition, the bonus points can be seen in the order.




At the completion of the order, the bonus points are visible in the shopping cart in the webshop or mobile webshop/app. At the end of the order there is also the possibility to redeem the bonus points.




After ordering in the webshop or mobile webshop/app, the bonus points can be seen in the order overview.




In addition, the redeemed bonus points appear on the invoice.
