Meal courses

For meal courses, kitchen receipts can be split and items can be displayed separately per workstation and course/box in the Kitchen manager.

Course/boxes can be created beforehand in the Admin to enable a correct sequence of food preparation and delivery to the guest later on.

Activating the courses/boxes

The courses/boxes must first be activated if this setting has not yet been activated.

In the Admin under -> Store -> Stores -> Edit -> Settings -> Other settings -> Activate boxes for orders.

Create predefined courses/boxes in the Admin

The predefined courses/boxes can be created in the Admin, under Admin -> Store -> Stores -> Room and table management -> Edit boxes.

The courses/boxes can be named and created individually.
The created aisles/boxes are only available for the F3 Table Sales view.

Note: This is not mandatory - the courses/boxes can still be added manually during each order process as desired.

Creating them in the Admin, only simplifies their use in the cash register - the predefined courses/boxes are then already automatically available for each order transaction.

Print kitchen receipt divided by courses/boxes

The courses/boxes can be printed split on the kitchen receipt.

If this feature is desired, the setting must be enabled, in the Admin under -> Store -> Stores -> Edit -> Print -> Receipts and kitchen slips -> Print kitchen receipts by boxes

Split bill/move table

Courses/boxes are always visible when splitting or moving table sales.

Add additional courses/boxes and change names

Additional courses can be added at any time during the order.

The course/box name can be changed for the particular order by clicking on the edit icon.

These additional added courses/boxes, as well as the name changes for the respective order, will not appear in the Admin, as these adjustments are only valid for the respective order.

Show courses/boxes in the kitchen manager

There is an additional option to show the courses/boxes split in the kitchen manager.

This setting can be activated, in the Admin under -> Store -> Stores -> Edit -> Settings -> Other settings -> Show orders on the kitchen manager per box.

If the setting "Show orders on the kitchen manager per box" is activated, the order will be shown per box:
