Release Notes Version 1.2.290 - February 11, 2025

Please note that the rollout may take up to 10 business days, as the release will be deployed in stages to ensure stability.

New features

  1. Sold out function in the Kitchen managerA function has been added to the kitchen manager that allows products to be marked directly as "sold out" and then as "available" again. A sold out icon is available for each item in the list and tile view, as well as in the bottom bar of the main view. This feature facilitates real-time management of product availability and allows kitchen employees to quickly and easily mark items as "sold out" or "available".

  2. CashGuard terminals: A new setting has been added that differentiate between strict and individual deposits. If the strict deposit is activated, drivers must deposit the complete open cash balance. This increases the accuracy and transparency of accounting.

Improvements

  1. Call center employee reports: The query for determining call center employee performance has been optimized to improve runtime.

  2. Standardization of names: The terms "In-house" and "Take-out" have been revised and are now displayed consistently.

  3. Optimization for sold-out products: For items in the "Validity" tab, the display of availability has been optimized. Only sold-out items from the last 12 months are now displayed to ensure a clearer presentation.

Bug fixes

  1. User interface: Several spelling mistakes and inconsistent wording have been corrected.

  2. Deactivated stores: An issue has been fixed that could cause orders to be placed in completely deactivated or closed stores.

  3. Store settings: The loading times for the store settings have been optimized. The speed has been improved, especially with a high number of stores.

  4. Customer monitor: An issue has been fixed where orders that were in the "In preparation" status disappeared from the customer monitor as soon as an order was completed in the last station. Now the orders remain correctly visible until they have been transferred to the packing station.

  5. Jet NL delivery portal: Fixed an issue where incorrect fields were displayed when creating a new Jet NL customer account. The correct input fields are now available when creating an account.

  6. Redirection of the old order overview to the new version: The redirection from the old to the new order overview has been adjusted. Users who access old links are now correctly redirected to the new overview.

  7. PayPal orders in the webshop: An issue has been fixed where orders did not arrive in the POS in rare cases despite successful PayPal payment in the webshop.

  8. iDeal payment method in the webshop version 1: When paying in the webshop version 1, iDeal was not displayed as a payment method in the cash register if it was the only activated option. This issue has been fixed so that the selected payment method is now displayed correctly.

  9. QR code table orders: When scanning a QR code for table orders, a voucher for a pick-up discount was incorrectly displayed. This has been corrected so that QR code table orders are no longer treated as pick-up orders.

  10. Interim invoices for table orders: Fixed an issue where interim invoices were being printed on all printers, even if they were not enabled for table orders. From now on, invoices will only be printed on the printers that have been activated for this purpose.

  11. TSE signature in DSFinV-K report: An issue has been fixed where in a rare case an incorrect TSE signature was displayed in a DSVFinV-K report.

  12. DSFinV-K export: An issue has been fixed where a changed store name was not displayed correctly in the DSFinV-K export. From now on, the correct store name and address at the time of the transaction will be saved at the cash register and displayed correctly in the DSFinV-K export.

  13. Unlocking of cash register functions: An issue has been fixed that in rare cases affected the functionality of user rights and unlocking.

  14. Minimum order value: Fixed an issue where the minimum quantity surcharge disappeared in the cash register in rare cases when items were added or removed.

  15. Display of SIDES Pay payments: Fixed an issue where the settings filter for the SIDES Pay payment type only displayed orders in a limited way.

  16. Redeeming credit in the webshop: Fixed an issue where redeeming credit in the webshop and at the self-order terminal (SOT) for amounts below the credit value was not possible in rare cases because no payment method could be selected.
