Release Notes Version 1.2.291 - March 11, 2025

New features

  1. Extended input options for billing address and company name: Customers now have the option to enter a billing address and a company name during table and counter sales.

  2. Optimized order completion page at the self-order terminal (SOT): The heading on the self-order terminal has been revised to make the order completion process clearer and more understandable. Users now have better guidance in the last step of their order.

  3. Redeeming loyalty points at the self-order terminal (SOT): Users can now redeem their collected loyalty points directly at the self-order terminal during checkout to receive discounts on their order. This improves the ordering process and increases customer loyalty.

  4. Clickable banner images at the self-order terminal (SOT): Administrators can now upload and customize clickable banner images at the self-order terminal to recommend products to customers and increase upselling.

  5. Enhanced VAT display in the invoice journal: The invoice journal has been enhanced to provide a detailed breakdown of order sources. Additionally, multi-select filters for order sources, payment method, and order type have been added to ensure compliance with the new value-added tax (VAT) requirements for Swiss portal orders.

Improvements

  1. Improvement of TSE setup: The setup of the technical security device (TSE) has been optimized for better performance and more stable processing.

Bug fixes

  1. Menu structure at the self-order terminal (SOT)An issue has been fixed where the menu occasionally scrolled upwards when products were selected in a menu box.

  2. Kitchen manager "sold out" display: An Issue has been fixed where the "sold out" function was not visible for parked table, SOT and portal orders in rare cases.

  3. Partial refund via PayPalAn issue has been fixed where a partial refund via PayPal could not be processed in rare cases, causing an error message.

  4. Automatic vouchers for specific itemsAn issue has been fixed where vouchers, which are only valid for specific items, were incorrectly displayed for all items at the cash register (POS) and at the self-order terminal (SOT) in rare cases.

  5. Display of pick-up and delivery orders in the cash balance reportAn issue has been fixed where the number of pick-up and delivery orders was incorrectly displayed in the cash balance report in rare cases. The order numbers are now correctly recorded and displayed for all order channels.

  6. Cancelations in SD order transmission: An issue has been fixed that caused cancelations via SD order transmission not to be forwarded correctly in rare cases. The cancellation information is now transmitted correctly so that the downstream system recognizes and processes it correctly.

  7. DaaS orders "call driver" button: An issue has been fixed that caused the "call driver" button to be incorrectly displayed for certain orders. The button now no longer appears for canceled orders, cash payments, orders older than 5 hours, or orders that have already been delivered.
