Set item to "sold out" in the Kitchen manager

In the Kitchen manager, item can be marked as "sold out", managed and set as "available" again if necessary.

You can mark items directly during processing in the Kitchen manager as "sold out". In addition, you have the option of searching for specific items and marking them as "sold out" for an individually definable period of time as "sold out". You can also reset items to "available" again.
The following explains the steps you can take to effectively use the sell-out function in the Kitchen manager to manage the status of your items.
Set item to "sold out" for the rest of the day
An item can be marked as "sold out" in the Kitchen manager while an order is being processed, which means it is considered sold out for the rest of the day.
- Navigate to a station where an order is displayed.
- Click on the "sold out" icon next to the corresponding item.
- Confirm the selection by clicking on "Confirm".
Set item to "sold out" for a certain period of time
Items can be searched manually and selected to mark them as "sold out" for an individually stated period of time. A basic text can be added optionally.
Click on the "sold out" icon in the footer of the Kitchen manager.
To select an item, click into the search bar. There you can search for a name by typing the item name. By clicking on the arrow in the dropdown list, a selection opens with the items assigned to the commodity group.
Select the item that you want to mark as "sold out". A multiple selection is also possible.
Then set the date until the item should remain marked as "sold out". Select the desired date either via the calendar icon or enter it directly in the field.
Enter a reason or note for marking the item as "sold out" in the field "Reason".
Click on "Save" to confirm the marking of the item as "sold out". A confirmation message appears: "The item is considered sold out".
Reset sold-out items to "available" status
Sold-out items can be marked as "available" again.
- Click on the "sold out" icon in the footer to open the window with the sold-out items.
- If you have marked items as "sold out", they will be listed in the list.
- Click on the "Delete" icon next to the item that you want to make "available" again. A confirmation message appears: "Item removed from the sold out list".
