Loyalty-Statistics


What
With the statistics of the loyalty points, the awarded and redeemed points per store can be displayed.

Where
Admin: Incentives > Loyalty-Statistics.

The Loyalty-Statistics can be found under: Admin: Incentives > Loyalty-Statistics.
This requires the user permission "loyalty.statistics". Our support can enable this feature.

Explanations of each function:

Explanation

Date from/to
At the top, you can select the time period for which the loyalty points should be displayed.
Clicking on the calendar icon opens a calendar for easier selection of the corresponding day.

Refresh
"Refresh" updates the selected time period.

Print
Clicking "Print" opens the print page, and the statistics can be saved as a PDF or printed (if a printer has been set up). The time period that was set before (date from/to) is used.

Export
Click on "Export" to immediately download the statistics as a xlsx file. The time period that was set before (date from/to) is used.

Store
Here you can see the name of the stored stores. In the first line, the total value is shown under "Total".
Points awarded
Here you can see the points that have been awarded.
Value of awarded points
Here the value of the awarded points is shown.
The value is "points" multiplied by (*) "point value" (e.g. 0,05€). The settings of the points value can be seen in the settings of the loyalty system (Admin: Incentives > Loyalty-Settings > Monetary value of a loyalty point). The value is set once before the loyalty system is activated and cannot be changed afterwards.
Redeemed points
Here you can see the points that have already been redeemed.
Value of redeemed points
The value of the redeemed points is displayed here.
Open points
Here you can see the points that are still open.

Here the value of the still open points is shown.
