Upgraded technical infrastructure, new user interface, and license management

Over the next few weeks and months, we’ll be transitioning both the Administration and POS areas to a new, unified design—step by step. At the same time, we’re introducing enhancements that will make SIDES even more user-friendly. Below you’ll find the key points. As always, you’ll receive a separate email before each update so you and your team can prepare.

Phase 1: Administration and POS on a single domain & a new navigation structure for the Administration

Within the next three weeks, you’ll be able to access both the Administration and POS areas through the same domain. Your existing URLs will keep working, so nothing changes for you.
To make navigation clearer, we’re reorganizing the menu. From now on, all settings for a given module will sit directly under its corresponding navigation item. Example: all Webshop settings will soon be located under “Webshop.” With the next update, you can test-drive the new navigation by activating it in the dashboard.

Phase 2: Modern, responsive design

In the Webshop settings you can already get a first taste—clean, mobile-optimised, and consistently uniform. Look forward to a fresh interface that makes working faster and more enjoyable.
The POS will also receive an upgraded interface with layout refinements plus improvements to speed and the order process.





Phase 3: License management

You currently have access to all SIDES features. Going forward, we’ll activate only the modules included in your contract. Don’t worry—if we notice you’re using a module that isn’t part of your plan, we’ll reach out to you in good time.
