Fiscalization for Austria (AT) customers

The following steps at FiskalTrust and in our Admin are required to get the necessary fiscalization as a customer in Austria:


1. create an account in the portal of Fiskaltrust.at at https://portal.fiskaltrust.at/ There select "SignatureCloud" and click on "free registration".



Fill in the following information and complete the registration.



2. log in to the portal and buy the product "4154-0207 fiskaltrust.SignatureCloud inkl. Sorglos Paket AT" in the store there.

(From here we could take over from SimplyDelivery if we get login data to the portal).


3. create a "CashBox" in the portal.

This completes the setup in the FT portal.

Settings in the Simply Delivery Admin:

1. Activation of fiscalization. (Category "Store" --> category sub-item "Stores" --> green "Document icon" button "Signature service provider (TSE)").


2. Input of the crashbox data for the cash register. The data can be obtained in the FT portal at the cashbox.




3. IMPORTANT! The cash register must be put into operation. This is possible in the category "Accounting" --> at the category subitem "Fiscalization log" --> by clicking on the button "Create start entry".
